Omnitracs Completes XRS Corporation Acquisition

Omnitracs, the developer of fleet management products for transportation and logistics companies is moving to Dallas, said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of XRS Corporation. The deal was worth approximately $178M. Omnitracs said the buy will help strengthen its core technology portfolio. Omnitracs had originally announced the deal in September.
