WaveTwo Acquires C. Pitman Baker & Associates

WaveTwo LLC, a privately held professional services company, reported Tuesday that it has acquired C. Pitman Baker & Associates Inc., a publisher of custom business software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. WaveTwo explained that the resulting merger will create one of the Dallas-Fort Worth area's largest privately held software and managed-services providers. C. Pitman provides consulting in e-business, enterprise resource planning, and Web site and interactive media design and development. Headquartered in Irving, WaveTwo provides managed information technology consulting, enterprise systems, custom software development and other services.
