Tiga Energy Inks Joint Venture

Austin-based Tiga Energy Services, a provider of networking and communications technology for the energy industry, said today that it has formed a joint venture with Eco-Merge USA, a subsidiary of Dentsu Japan, and Innovative Energy Group, around funding, deploying, and operating multiple renewable energy power plants throughout Texas and the rest of the USA. Financial details of the joint venture were not disclosed. Tiga said the first renewable energy power plant will break ground in Q2 of 2011 in Bastrop County.
