Diodes Completes Acquisition Of Wafer Fab in Scotland

Plano, Texas-based semiconductor manufacturer Diodes says it has completed its acquisition of a wafer fabrication facility in Scotland, from TI, giving it a new, 318,782 square foot facility in Greenock, Scotland
