Diodes Buys TI's Scotland Wafer Fab

Plano, Texas-based Diodes, which manufactures discrete, logic, analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, said early this morning that it has acquired the Greenock, Scotland wafer fabrication facilities of Texas Instruments
