TPG Completes Acquisition Of Wind River

Fort Worth-based private equity TPG Capital said on Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Alameda, California-based Wind River, which develops embedded operating system software. Financial details of the deal, which was announced in April, have not been announced. Wind River was previously owned by Intel.
