TractManager Buys Newport Credentialing Solutions

Dallas-based TractManager, a provider of services in the area of sourcing and contract lifecycle management for the healthcare market, said this week that it has acquired Newport Credentialing Solutions, a provider of cloud-based credentialing and provider enrollment software and services. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Newport Credentialing Solutions was based in New York, and was found in 2009.
