VIAS Buys PLM Unit From Idex Solutions

Houston-based -Virtual Integrated Analytics Solutions, Inc. (VIAS), a a provider of engineering services, software development, hardware, and training, has acquired the product lifecycle management (PLM) busines unit of Idex Solutions, the company said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. VIAS said Idex Solutions was supporting customers in the CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE areas.
