360Training Gets Private Equity Investment

Austin-based 360Training, which provides online training courses for the environment health and safety, real estate, food and beverage, and other regulated industries, reported Tuesday that ithas received an investment from private equity investors PWP Growth Equity and RedHawk Investment. Size of the investment was not announced. According to 360Training, the company will use the funding to invest in people, systems, and processes, plus to expand its offerings. As part of the investment, the company says it has named Thomas Anderson, the founder of RedHawk Investment, as its new CEO. Current CEO Ed Sattar will leave the company to pursue other entrepreneurial projects, according to the companies. More information »
