Tethr Takes $15M

Austin-based Tethr, the developer of an artificial intelligence-driven system which monitors customer service calls for companies and helps provide insights on those phone conversations, has raised $15‌M in a Series A funding round. The funding came from Grotech Ventures, MissionOG, and other strategic investors. The company said its tools allow company functions as sales, marketing, product, supply chain, compliance, and other use phone calls to help surface insights. The company said the funding will go towards buildling its team, scaling, expanding sales and marketing, and for its technology. Tethr is led by CEO Mike Mings. More information »
