Spredfast Debuts New Social Tracking Index Tool
Austin-based Spredfast said this morning that it has launched a new product, the Spredfast Performance Index, which will help social teams better track the performance of their brands. According to the company, the new product helps marketers understand how their brands are tracking towards social program goals, and how those social efforts are impacting the bottom line. Spredfast said its new tool lets brands customize their algorithms for tracking social success, adjusting how brands define reach, activity, and engagement, and more. Spredfast is led by Rob Favaron.
