PROS Adds Cognos Vet As New Board Director

Houston-based software developer PROS has added a new member to its board of directors, saying late Thursday that it has added Leslie J. Rechan to the group. Rechan was previously General Manager of IBM's Business Analytics Division, and previously was Chief Operating Offier at Cognos. Rechan also has served at Oracle, Siebel Systems, Cadence Design Systems and Onyx Software. PROS is a developer sales, pricing, and quoting management software. PROS said Rechan also serves on the boards of Halogen Software and Cognitive Scale. PROS is led by Andres Reiner.
