PROS Holdings Names New Board Member

Houston-based Pros, the provider of dynamic pricing software, says it has named Penny Herscher to its board of directors. Herscher was previously CEO for FirstRain, and also served at Simplex Solutions and Cadence Design Systems. Herscher also serves on the boards of Faurecia SA, Verint, Lumentum Operations, and Rambus.
