Prolucent Buys Assets of Symbio Solutions

Dallas-based Prolucent Workforce Management, a developer of technology services to hospitals and staffing agencies, said today that it has acquired the intellectual property assets of Symbio Solutions, Inc, a developer of workforce management software for the healthcare industry. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Prolucent said the would strengthen its software platform.
