Patient Accounts Services, The Sirrus Group In merger

Houston-based Patient Accounts Services, which provides revenue cycle management to hospitals, and The Sirrus Group, a provider of insurance reimbursement services, have merged, and created a new company called Acclara, the two said this morning. Financial details of the merger were not announced. The newly merged company will be led by CEO Tom DuBrul.
