Pointe Smart Merges With New Light Technology Group

Dallas-based Pointe Smart, a provider of data services, custom application development, and other IT services, said on Monday that it has merged with fellow Dallas IT consulting company New Light Technology Group. Financial details of the merger were not announced. David Clark is President of Pointe Smart; Kevin Wheat is Partner of New Light Technology Group.
