Omnitracs Completes Shaw Tracking Buy

Dallas-based fleet management software developer and services provider Omnitracs said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Canadian fleet management solutions provider Shaw Tracking. Shaw Tracking was owned by Shaw Communications. Financial details of the acquisition have not been announced by Omnitracs or Shaw. Omnitracs said the acquisition will help solidify its presence in Canada, and help it expand its customer base and reach into that country.
