Match Group Sets IPO Estimate

Dallas-based Match Group, the dating business of IAC, said today in a regulatory filing that it now expects it IPO to price between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. Match runs Match.com, Tinder, OkCupid, PlentyOfFish, Meetic, Twoo, OurTime and FriendScout24, along with other dating properties. The company filed to trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market in October.
