Goodman Networks Buys New Hampshire Firm

Plano-based wireless telecommunications design and engineering firm Goodman Networks said Thursday that it has acquired a Manchester, NH firm, providing in-building wireless design services. Goodman said it acquired the Services Division of Cellular Specialties, Inc. (CSI-Custom Solutions Group), which installs in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS), small cells and WiFi offload systems. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. CSI Solutions Group serves enterprise customers.
