Goodman Networks Buys Design Build Technologies

Plano-based Goodman Networks said this morning that it has acquired a wireless construction company, Design Build Technologies (DBT), which builds and maintains communications towers for network operators in the Southeast. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Goodman has been very active in acquiring companies recently, having already purchased two other wireless construction firms in March and May. According to Goodman, DBT will become part of its Infrastructure Services Division. The firm said that the expansion comes as network operators are focused on making 4G services ubiquitous, due to consumer demand for connectivity and bandwidth.
