ECi Software Solutions Buys Vineyardsoft

Fort Worth-based ECi Software Solutions, which develops cloud-based business management software, said on Thursday that it has acquired Vineyardsoft Corporation, which develops business activity monitoring software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. ECi Software said it has hired all of Vineyardsoft's employees, as part of its Manufacturing Division. Vineyardsoft was founded in 1999, and was based in Buralington, Mass. The company's flagship product is KnowledgeSync, which ECi says it has been using across its products since 2014.
