Dell-backed CloudEndure Acquired By Amazon, Say Reports

CloudEndure, and Israeli cloud computing and disaster recovery service provider which is backed by Dell Technologies Partners, has reportedly been acquired by Amazon, according to reports today. The deal is reportedly worth as much as $250M, but the deal has not yet been confirmed by either company. The deal was first reported by Israel's The Globes financial newspaper. CloudEndure had offered up a cloud-based disaster recovery service, and was venture backed by Dell Technologies Partners, Infosys and Magma Venture Partners, as well as others.
