DCS Global Gets Private Equity Investment

Dallas-based DCS Global, which develops revenue cycle management software for the healthcare industry, has raised a round of growth equity, the company said this morning. The funding came from Tritium Partners. Size of the investment was not announced, however, the company said Manoj Chhabra, CEO, and Babita Jain, COO, will remain with the company after the recapitalization transaction. DCS Global develops software used for payment authorization and order entry, patient estimates and payments, as well as other parts of managing interaction between patients and healthcare providers.
