AIT Buys KUKA Systems Aerospace North America

Dallas-based Advanced Integration Technology, a provider of factory integration and automation services to the aerospace and defense industry, said on Monday that it has acquired KUKA Systems Aerospace North America. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. KUKA Aero is based in Clinton Township, Michigan. Kuka Aero provides automation solutions and engineering to the aerospace industry. AIT is led by Chairman and CEO Ed Chalupa.
