Active Power Names VP

Austin-based Active Power said today that it has named Noel Foley as its Vice President of Engineering. The developer of flywheel-based backup power systems said that Foley joins the company from SolarBridge Technologies. Foley also has served at Dell Computer and Lucent Technologies. Foley will head up the firm's engineers and developers.
