Accruent Buys SiteFM, Four Rivers

Austin-based Accruent, which develops real estate and facilities management software, said this morning that it has acquired two companies. Accruent said it acquired Austin's SiteFM, a developer of software for managing healthcare facilities, and Four Rivers Software Systems, which also develops facilities management software. Financial details of the two buys were not disclosed. Accruent said the two acquisition will help it enter the healthcare market.
