Accruent Buys Connectiv

Austin-based software developer Accruent has acquired Connectiv, a developer of cloud-based, mobile software used by biomedical and clinical engineering groups to manage and control their medical devices and equipment. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Accruent said the acquisition is its seventh in the past 24 months.
