Accruent Buys Kykloud

Austin-based Accruent, which develops properly and asset management software, said this morning that it has acquired Kykloud, a UK-based provider of facility and asset surveying and management software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to Accruent, Kykloud has over 1000 customers around the world, including the BBC, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield.
