Accruent Buys BIGCenter From Cushman & Wakefield

Austin-based real estate and facilities management software developer Accruent said on Thursday that it has acquired BigCenter (Business Integration Group, Inc.), from Cushman & Wakefield. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. BigCenter develops workplace management systems used for real estate and facilities management, including lease administration, space optimization, project management, and energy conservation and sustainability efforts. Accruent said the buy will help it bolster its lineup of products for corporation and corporate real state service firms, as well as add new services for helping with facility management and real estate operations.
