Zosh Acquired By Silicon Valley Firm

Austin-based Zosh, the developer of e-signature services for mobile phones, has been acquired by Silicon Valley firm YouSendIt. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. YouSendIt announced the acquisition along with the acquisition of Attassa, a developer of collaboration and Microsoft Outlook optimization and integration software. Zosh was co-founded by Joshua Kerr and Alexander Bibihaus.
