ZixCorp In Deal With Cisco

Dallas-based ZixCorp, the developer of email encryption software, reported a win last week with Cisco, where Cisco will OEM the company's email encryption software. According to the two, Zix will help enhance the Cisco Ironport Encryption Appliance, along another solution which integrates technology from both Cisco and Zix. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. ZixCorp is led by Rick Spurr.
