Zenoss Powers BBC
Austin-based Zenoss reported a win with the BBC Thursday, saying that the news broadcaster has actually been a customer of the company since 2009. Zenoss said that the BBC has been using the company's software to capture and analyze approximately 1 million data points every five minutes, to monitor availability and performance for BBC Online. Zenoss is a developer of software which is used to manage enterprise networks, servers, storage, cloud infrastructure, and more. The company is led by Greg Stock, and venture backed by Summit Partners, Grotech Ventures, Intersouth Partners, and Boulder Ventures.
