Zenoss Links With LayerX

Austin-based IT monitoring software provider Zenoss said Wednesday that it has partnered with LayerX Technologies, to help bolster the log analytics aspects of its software. Zenoss said its UC Insight with Log Analytics tools uses LayerX's AnalytiX software to help its customers analyze unified communications (UC) issues--allowing for monitoring IT issues with instant messaging, email, voice, and video. Financial details of the link between Zenoss and LayerX were not announced.
