YouEarnedIt Snags $1.5M For Employee Rewards

Austin-based YouEarnedIt, a startup developing online, employee engagement and rewards software, said today that it has raised $1.5M in a seed funding round. The funding came from WPP and Capital Factory, along with customers. The startup, which is led by Autumn manning, said the funding will go towards product development and service expansion. The company's social media platform helps companies recognize employees for their accomplishments, and awards points that can be exchanged for digital gift cards, products, charitable contributions, days off, or other rewards.
