Wizard101 Grows Visitors, As KingIsle Looks To Expand Jobs

Plano-based KingIsle Entertainment, the online developer of massively multiplayer online games, said Monday that it has increased the number of unique visitors to the site by 300%, based on December year-to-year traffic numbers from Compete.com. KingIsle said it had over 15 million registered players for its U.S. operations. That compares to around 10 million registered users in June. KingIsle's Wizard101 is a massively multiplayer online game focused on wizards and magic, and targeted at young players. KingIsle said that it is planning to increase its staffing levels by approximately 25 percent in the new few months.
