WhaleShark Media Raises $10M More

Austin-based WhaleShark Media, the operator of RetailMeNot.com and other coupon sites, has raised nearly $10.0M in new funding, according to a regulatory filing from the firm Friday. Details on the funding have not been announced. WhaleShark is venture backed by Austin Ventures. WhaleShark just announced earlier this week that it had hired two, high profile executives at the firm--Paul Rogers as CTO, and Steven Pho as Senior Director of Business Development.
