WFMSG Launches New Software Release For Contact Center Management

Dallas-based Workforce Management Software Group (WFMSG) said this morning that it has launched a new release of its software, which is aimed at contact centers. The company, which develops software used for managing workforce staffing plans, said its newest software includes new two-way communications tools, automation of processes, and more. WFMSG is led by Daryl Gonos, and was founded in 2005.
