Wayport Buys ResortWiFi

Austin, Texas-based Wayport said today that it has acquired ResortWiFi, LLC, a provider of internet services for the timeshare industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ResortWiFi serves companies like Fairfield Resorts International, Monarch Grand Vacations, and other timeshare operators with wireless Internet services. Wayport is a provider of wireless network services to retail, hospitality, healthcare, and other locations.
