WaterFleet Acquired By EagleTree Capital

San Antonio-based WaterFleet, the operator of a mobile water and wastewater treatment service for the oil and gas industry, has been acquired by private equity investor EagleTree Capital. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. The acquisition came through EagleTree Partners IV, and also included co-investors Stars Investment Management Co. The companies said existing shareholders will retain a "significant" minority stake in WaterFleet.
