W2O Group Buys VM Foundry

Austin-based digital agency W2O Group said this week that it has acquired VM Foundry, as an effort to expand its Austin presence and operations. The firm says its is combining VM Foundry with its existing digital practice and local office in Austin. VM Foundry provides web and mobile application development. Financial details of the buy were not announced by the form. W2O Group is led by Jim Weiss. VM Foundry was led by Jim Eustace.
