Vista Equity Buys 7Park Data

Austin-based private equity investor Vista Equity said today that it has acquired New York-based 7Park Data, a supplier of data analytics software for institutional investors and Fortune 500 companies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. 7 Park Data was based in New York City. According to the companies, 7Park works with more than 150 firms worldwide, supplying information used to inform decision making and strategies. 7ParkData was founded and is led by CEO Brian Lichtenberger.
