Vignette Releases Hosted Video Services

Austin-based Vignette said today that it has rolled out a new, hosted video management solution for managing web video. According to Vignette, its new Vignette Video Services will provide hosted video management, uploading, transcoding, management, and delivery of web video. The firm said the new services are integrated with its Vignette Rich Media Services, which allows companies to manage workflow and publishing of video and web content from a single interface. Pricing of the new service was not disclosed.
