Vignette Enhances Software

Austin, Texas-based Vignette said today that it has enhanced the company's Imaging and Workflow product. The firm said that it has added support for email interaction to the product, which is used for claims processing and mortgage applications. The firm said the new features allow customers to respond to insurance inquiries and via an email-enabled device. Vignette is a provider of document management and other products.
