Upland Software Raising $40M In Public Offering

Austin-based Upland Software, the publicly traded developer of cloud-based, enterprise work management software, said it expects to raised $40.0M in a public offering. The company, which trades on the Nasdaq as UPLD, said it priced a public offering of 1,860,465 shares at $21.50 per share. The deal is expected to close on June 12th. Upland's offering is being managed by Needham & Company and William Blair, along with Canaccord Genuity.
