Upland Software Raises $15M

Austin-based Upland Software, which develops cloud-based, enterprise software focused on workforce management and strategic planning, has raised $15M in a growth equity investment. The funding came from Activant Capital. Upland Software is led by Jack McDonald, and provides a number of enterprise, cloud-based tools for managing enterprise projects, workforce, teams, and more. The firm said it has over 1,200 enterprise customers and 300,000 active users. More information »
