Upland Software Buys Qvidian

Austin-based enterprise software developer Upland Software said Friday that it has acquired Qvidian Corporation, a developer of RFP and sales proposal automation software. Upload said it paid $50M in cash for Qvidian, which it expects to bring $19.5M in annual revenues. Qvidian was based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Jack McDonald is Chairman and CEO of Upload Software.
