Tyler Technologies Tallies Up 51 New School District Customers

Plano-based government software developer Tyler Technologies said yesterday that it has tallied up 51 new school districts who have implemented the company's student information solutions for the 2013-2014 school year. According to Tyler Technologies, the new districts add 107,000 students and 7,000 teachers to its system nationwide. The company said already has more than 5,000 school districts in the U.S. and Canada using its software. Tyler's software is used for taking attendance, tracking grades, scheduling, enrollment, transcripts, report cards, and more. Financial impact of all of those new customers was not announced.
