Tyler Technologies Signs East Coast Pair

Tyler Technologies Inc., a publisher of information management software for local governments, reported Monday that two major U.S. cities have adopted its Pension Management solution. According to Tyler, the new contracts amount to more than $1.1 million. The Dallas-based firm said its latest agreement with the city of Providence, R.I.—a long-time user of Tyler's Appraisal & Tax solution—includes three years of Tyler’s Application Service Provider services. As part of this service, Tyler explained, it will host and manage Providence's pension management applications and data. Conversely, Tyler said the other client—the city of Winston-Salem, N.C.—will host and operate its own pension management system.
