Tyler Technologies Shuffles Board, Execs

Plano-based government software developer Tyler Technologies is making some changes to its board and executive team, saying that current Chairman John Yeaman will shift away from Chairman, and will be replaced by John S. Marr, Jr. on January 1st. Marr is the company's current CEO, where he will remain. The company said that H. Lynn Moore Jr. will be named as President; he has been at the firm since 1998. Tyler Technologies also said it has appointed Abigail Diaz as its Chief Legal Officer, effective January 1st; Diaz is currently VP and Associate General Counsel. The executive moves were part of Tyler's quarterly results, where the company said it had net income of $22.3M on total revenues of $194.5M for the third quarter of 2016.
