Tyler Technologies Scores Win in Connecticut

Dallas-based Tyler Technologies reported today tha ti thas signed a contract with the Northeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (NECCOG). Size of the win was not disclosed. The NECCOG is using Tyler's real property appraisal services and software. Tyler is a developer of software and services for local governments.
